Job Position

Description:

* Experience in remodeling and construction projects

* Proficiency in the following areas:

* Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry

* Trim carpentry

* Tile laying

* Door hanging

* Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

* Maintain clean and organized work areas

* Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures

* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients

* Document work progress and materials used

Requirements:

* 4 years minimum experience in remodeling

* Valid driver's license

* Strong work ethic

* Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment

* Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs

* Ability to lift heavy objects as required

* Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer, crowbar, and power tools

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form

* Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law

* Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the client's specifications

* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
