Overview
Join Clearwave Car Wash as a Sales Advisor - Team Member and welcome customers with confidence, warmth, and high energy. You’ll educate honestly, guide confidently, and follow a proven, structured process to build raving teams and lifetime customers.
Base Pay Range$15.00/hr – $17.00/hr
What You’ll Do- Welcome every customer with confidence, warmth, and high energy.
- Beat the customer to the pay station and lead the conversation from the start.
- Explain wash options in a clear, friendly, pressure‑free way.
- Present the value of our unlimited plan with full transparency.
- Follow our operational procedures to keep the site safe and clean.
- Follow routines, support your team, and bring steadiness to a busy environment.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized site you’re proud to represent.
- Clear, friendly communicator.
- Comfortable leading simple, structured conversations.
- Positive attitude in an outdoor, fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented and consistent with routines.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb a 6’ ladder.
- Valid driver’s license.
Full‑time or part‑time. Weekend availability required.
