Built on a legacy of reliability, performance, and impact, we’re looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor ready to own inventory integrity and elevate operational excellence. This is a high-impact, hands-on supervisory role at the center of our operations.

You’ll oversee daily inventory activities, enforce standard work, and drive SAP transactional discipline while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Accuracy, accountability, and consistency start with you.

As the steward of inventory accuracy, you’ll supervise cycle count programs, discrepancy investigations, and drive root cause and corrective action to resolution. You’ll set clear expectations, coach and guide inventory personnel, and hold the team to high performance standards. Audit readiness, control adherence, and clear KPI reporting are core to your mission. • Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and MRO inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Apply IR Excellence (IRX) and continuous improvement principles to improve material flow and efficiency.
• Develop, enhance, and standardize inventory control processes to improve accuracy, and compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Shipping.
• Analyze inventory KPIs including turns, shortages, and variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and EHS standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and engagement.

• Associate’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in inventory control / materials management in a manufacturing setting
• 3+ years of experience with inventory control audits
• 2+ years’ experience supervising and leading team members who are direct reports
• 2+ years  demonstrated experience working in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, JDE

• Supervisory leadership with a self-directed, team-focused approach
• Inventory control, material management, and inventory accuracy governance
