The Blow Mold Operator (Night shift, 10:00pm – 6:30am) is within our Auto/Car Care/Prestone division and is responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality products. This role is located at our Alsip, Illinois facility.

• Operate and maintain blow molding machines
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to ensure machines are running efficiently
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
• Perform operator functions such as adjust machine settings and set up molds
• Complete required paperwork for accurate production
• Inspect finished products for quality control
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility operating blow molding machines or equivalent
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The production facility is within an indoor industrial environment and is not climate controlled. Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently and have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift and know how to use a variety of hand tools and precision measurement tools.
