- Salary: $167,980 - $209,975 plus annual target bonus
- The Market Director oversees execution in all local, regional and national Food Service on Premise (FSOP) accounts and serves as the connection point with the operations leadership team.
- Collaborate with field service, vending, and bottler food service teams to provide feedback on customer teams and premise leadership regarding marketplace conditions, including competition and pricing, and inform national and bottler teams what will and will not work.
- Identify and develop a team for the market unit FSOP selling team, ensuring organizational development and structure by providing inspirational leadership and executing all engagement initiatives.
- Adhere to customer marketing agreements and execute and fulfill all channel, package, and pricing plans provided by commercial leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of sales or related experience and 6+ years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13+ years of specific experience and 7+ years of management experience.
