Primary Responsibilities

Function:
Performs varied tasks relating to data collection and reports; provides skilled secretarial assistance; assist students.

Duties:
This position is non‑teaching that will include but not limited to the following duties: assisting department chair, administrative assistant and students with program needs. Excellent computer skills; ability to use editing software; greet and assist walk‑in students. Will be expected to hold 15 office hours per week. (Flexible schedule)

Other duties that occur depending on need including but are not limited to: research, compiling data, creating graphs and charts related to the department needs.

All other duties as assigned unique to the department. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others. This position is security sensitive.
