- HR-administratie voor meerdere dochterondernemingen binnen de ABO Group;
- Verwerken en controleren van personeels- en salarismutaties (in-, door- en uitstroom, verlof, toeslagen, contract- en functiewijzigingen);
- Beheren van personeelsdossiers, certificeringen, keuringen, opleidingen en verplichte registraties (BRL/veiligheid);
- Coördineren van onboarding, inclusief PBM’s, certificaten en verplichte trainingen;
- Verzuim- en verlofadministratie (ziekte, WAZO, UWV) en voorbereiding van HR-documentatie voor audits.
Als HR-Medewerker ondersteun je het HR-team en zorg je dat de HR-administratie klopt, compleet is en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega’s binnen de groep en koppelt helder terug aan de HR Manager.
