Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a committed and reliable Part-Time E-commerce Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and shipping orders to ensure our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. This role is critical to our supply chain and overall customer satisfaction.

• Order Picking:
  Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips and ensure that the correct quantity and quality of items are selected.
• Packing:
  Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping, using appropriate packing materials and methods.
• Shipping Preparation:
  Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring that all packages are properly documented and ready for carrier pickup.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed, maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• General Warehouse Duties:
  Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

• Previous experience in an e-commerce warehouse environment or in a picker/packer role; experience in apparel, retail or fashion is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify admin and Ship Station software is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate written and verbal in the English language.
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment; must be able to stand for the duration of the shift, lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching as part of your daily responsibilities.

Salary: $18 per hour
