Support efficient order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.

• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick products for customer orders; pack orders efficiently; select appropriate packing materials.
• Racquet Service: Install strings; identify damage; repair or replace accessories.
• General Warehouse Duties: Complete tasks promptly; log breaks; maintain a clean and organized workspace; assist coworkers during busy periods; continue skill improvement; perform routine cleaning and preparation tasks; undertake other necessary warehouse duties.

Must meet the current Level 1 standards, which may be updated quarterly. See Warehouse Manager for details.

This role involves a fast‑paced warehouse environment with routine use of standard equipment such as rolling carts, hand scanners, tape guns, box cutters, ladders, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and tablets/computers. Use of racquet stringing machines and related tools may also be required.
