Java Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA. This role delivers end‑to‑end development support across Java and React applications within service-oriented architecture

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with system architects, team leads, and developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable technical solutions within a service‑oriented architecture.

• Analyze complex business and technical requirements to design, develop, and troubleshoot database‑driven applications using Java, Spring, and SQL.

• Prepare and document technical designs, subsystem specifications, effort estimates, and integration plans to ensure alignment with architectural and development standards.

• Develop new application features, perform maintenance fixes, and enhance existing components to meet evolving business needs across Java and React platforms.

• Create, execute, and refine unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality and successful testing prior to production deployment.

• Support cross‑functional teams by troubleshooting production, QA, and environment issues, while mentoring junior developers and documenting system resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8–10+ years in software development with strong hands‑on Java/Spring experience and exposure to React in enterprise environments.

• Proven expertise in Java, Spring (JDBC/JPA/Hibernate), REST API design, data structures & algorithms, SQL/relational databases, and Agile/Scrum.

• Experience building and supporting production systems, including unit/integration testing, troubleshooting across QA/Prod environments, and familiarity with UNIX/Linux, Intelli
  
  J, and messaging (e.g., Kafka/Message Queues).

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
