Required Qualifications- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated full‑stack delivery in production
- Strong Python expertise (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and proficiency in a modern front‑end framework (React/Angular/Vue)
- Hands‑on experience with Red Hat Open Stack Operators, Helm Charts and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency with containers (Docker), Kubernetes/Open Shift, and CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions/Git Lab/Jenkins/Azure Dev Ops)
- Experience in database administration including Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, Redis - Proven track record building GenAI solutions using RAG: embeddings, vector search, retrieval tuning, prompt engineering, LLM integrations (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic/Hugging Face) using Lang Chain/Llama Index or equivalent
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS/Milvus/Pinecone/pgvector) and document processing (PDF/HTML/Markdown, chunking strategies)
- Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), networking, microservices, and event‑driven architectures (Kafka/SQS/Pub Sub)
- Hands‑on experience in IAM / policy‑based authorization management solutions such as Plain
ID (big plus) - Strong knowledge of testing (unit/integration/e2e), observability, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication, design documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Do
- Drive end‑to‑end process for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment
- Check feasibility of change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines
- Provide techno‑functional solution support for all new business implementations, building systems from scratch
- Support solutioning teams in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation
- Understand functional and technical designs to be implemented on the ERP system
- Customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate the existing product through coding, testing, and production
- Implement business processes, requirements, and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions
- Write code according to developmental standards to decide implementation methodology
- Provide product support and maintenance to clients for a specific ERP solution, resolving day‑to‑day queries and technical problems
- Create and deploy automation tools/solutions to ensure process optimization and increased efficiency
- Act as a bridge between technical and functional requirements, providing solutioning advice to clients or internal teams
- Support on‑site managers with necessary details regarding changes and provide off‑site support
Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade skills
- Attend trainings and seminars to sharpen knowledge in the functional/technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
Deliver
- Contribution to customer projects: quality, SLA, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, number of change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT
- Automation: process optimization, reduction in steps, reduction in number of tickets raised
- Skill upgradation: number of trainings and certifications completed, number of papers and articles written per quarter

CompensationThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
