• Code, test, and deliver high‑quality deliverables while continuously learning new technologies.
• Effectively collaborate with PMO, development, product management, business and technical operation, system engineering, infrastructure, network and architecture teams.
• Design and develop front‑end React/Angular based applications.
• Perform new development, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Draft and review architectural diagrams, specifications, business requirements and various design documents.
• Work with technologies such as Java, C++, Linux, Unix, open‑source platform, and SOA, plus emerging tech for next‑generation solutions.
• Document technical requirements, program and subsystem designs, system problem resolutions, project task descriptions, effort estimates, and unit & integration tests.
• Stay aware of industry training, compliance concerns, risk‑control processes, and regulatory landscape.
• Mentor other software developers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Practical experience with low‑latency messaging middleware.
• Experience working within Scrum framework and agile methodology.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to explore other areas like Dev Ops, team codebases, and shape end‑to‑end solutions.
• Drive to learn, grow, and improve processes.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work independently.
• Knowledgeable in financial markets, banking, or wealth management.
• Familiar with related non‑development fields (product, UX, business analytics, information mapping, etc.).
• Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and UI development.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and Sybase.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $68,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by factors including but not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.

Work‑from‑Anywhere Roles – Los Angeles, California‑based candidates are not eligible for this role.
