Daycare Handyman – On-Call Maintenance Support
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to provide light maintenance and repair services for our daycare facilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
Responsibilities- Performing minor repairs and maintenance such as painting, replacing ceiling bulbs, fixing or assembling shelves, bookcases, and furniture
- Unclogging and repairing toilets, checking for and addressing water leaks
- Hanging mirrors, pictures, and other wall fixtures as needed
- Conducting general handyman tasks to keep the facility safe and in excellent condition
- On-call, as needed (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
- General handyman or maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working in a childcare environment
