Sheet Metal Installer Positions and Responsibilities:

Sheet Metal Installer I (Entry-Level) This entry-level position is ideal for those with limited or no prior experience in HVAC or sheet metal work. Responsibilities include assisting experienced team members with the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of commercial HVAC sheet metal products (such as ductwork, fittings, and accessories). You'll support on-site tasks, help maintain a clean and organized job site, handle materials, and learn industry best practices under close supervision.

Sheet Metal Installer II (Intermediate) With 3+ years of experience and solid knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and dry-side commercial HVAC systems, you'll fabricate, assemble, install, and repair a wide range of HVAC sheet metal products and equipment. You'll handle more complex tasks independently but still work under the guidance of senior team members. In-depth understanding of commercial duct systems, layout, and design is essential.

Sheet Metal Installer III (Senior/Lead) With 5+ years of experience and mastery-level expertise in sheet metal and dry-side commercial HVAC applications, you'll independently fabricate, assemble, install, and repair all types of HVAC-related sheet metal products and equipment. Responsibilities include leading installations, performing system check-outs and startups where applicable, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring compliance with specs and codes.

You'll work with minimal supervision and may guide junior team members.
