• 3–5 years of experience in the electrical trade
• Solid understanding of residential electrical systems
• Ability to work independently on troubleshooting, repairs, installs, and upgrades
• Experience in service work is preferred, but well-rounded new construction experience is also welcomed
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• A commitment to honesty, punctuality, and craftsmanship

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes
• Communicate with customers about findings and solutions
• Perform installations, upgrades, panel changes, and more
• Uphold company values and deliver top-tier service

• Take-Home Company Vehicle (for Knights)
• Paid Tuition to the IEC (for qualifying field positions)
