Tower Engineering Professionals is currently searching for experienced Foreman. As a Foreman, your initial duties will include, but not be limited to, safely managing a crew(s) working on new site builds, tower / site modifications, microwave installation/programming/troubleshooting, antenna and line troubleshooting, etc., while ensuring quality work is performed in compliance with company and government safety requirements.

• Must have a minimum of 2-year experience or equivalent as a Foreman.
• Must have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform work maintaining and installing equipment on wireless telecommunication sites.
• Must have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform tasks.
• Must be able to troubleshoot telecommunication network issues and resolve issues using industry test equipment.
• Must have computer knowledge and experience in completing internal and client deliverables.
• Must be professional and help establish and maintain strong client, vendor, and internal relationships.
• Must be able to follow and enforce company, client, and governing body safety and operations policies and procedures.
• Must be a leader capable of providing training, support, and contribute hands-on in the field to subordinates and superiors as required.
• Must have strong housekeeping skills.
• Ability to determine special equipment or machines required for job completion.
• Ability to work with Project Management, Field Supervisors, and other stakeholders in establishing and managing job budgets.

• Must have a positive attitude.
• The ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Must be reliable.
• Must have your own set of basic hand tools.
• Must pay close attention to detail and take pride in your work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work OT and weekends as required.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 350 feet.
• Must be able to follow company, client, and governing bodies safety and operations policies and procedures.
• Must be able to pass drug screening.
