Security Officer - Entry Screening PT

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or delivery drivers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at entrances and amenity areas by verifying identification, resident credentials and/or guest authorization, issuing visitor passes when directed, and directing traffic in accordance with post orders.;
Monitor entry activity for unusual or unauthorized access attempts, help to deter prohibited activity, and promptly report concerns through the appropriate channels.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing assistance with resident complaints and/or disputes as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of community common areas, buildings, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
