International Media Products (IMP) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Sales Support professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has strong organizational skills to support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound sales inquiries and generate quotes
- Support outside sales team with order processing and customer follow-up
- Maintain CRM records and customer data accuracy
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist with reporting, forecasting, and sales analytics
- 2+ years inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Experience in labeling, packaging, or thermal transfer ribbon industry is a plus
