As we grow, we are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team.
The Sales Enablement Specialist –is an entry-level hybrid role supporting Sales, Client Success, and Solutions Consulting. This position ensures all inbound leads receive timely follow-up, proper qualification, and a smooth handoff into the appropriate sales channel. The specialist will conduct initial discovery calls, coordinate with Senior Sales Executives, and support early-stage deal movement.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads.
- Conduct outreach and schedule introductory and discovery calls.
- Assess basic fit, use case, industry, and required expertise.
- Document lead details clearly and consistently in CRM.
- Run structured entry-level discovery calls.
- Gather business requirements and capture client needs.
- Introduce Senior Sales Executives when a deeper technical or commercial discussion is required.
- Route qualified leads to appropriate Sales or Partnerships teams.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through on assigned opportunities.
- Track progress and confirm acceptance by receiving team.
- Receive and process leads from external demand generation vendors.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and trends.
- Ensure external-sourced leads follow internal workflows.
- Work with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Client Success, and Product teams.
- Support enablement efforts by maintaining templates, call scripts, and intake processes.
- Track speed-to-lead, qualification rates, and conversion metrics.
- Suggest improvements to lead intake, routing, and discovery steps.
Required:
- Experience in sales support, SDR, customer success, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort speaking with prospects and conducting introductory calls.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or SaaS sales.
- Experience with outbound or inbound lead handling.
- Team-oriented mindset with desire to learn from senior sales resources.
- Entry-level exposure to Sales, Client Success, and Solutions Consulting.
