Refrigi Wear is looking for motivated, driven, and curious individuals to join our Inside Sales team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to break into B2B sales, develop professional skills, and build a long-term career path with an industry leader. In the Inside Sales Representative role, you will be the dedicated revenue owner for our Samco value brand. This role will focus exclusively on driving growth within the Samco portfolio by expanding existing customer relationships, supporting the outside sales team with brand specific opportunities, coordinating with our marketing team on campaigns, and developing new opportunities.

What

You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Execute structured outbound calling campaigns to re-engage traditional Samco customers and convert new value-focused prospects.
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase wallet share and improve retention.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email with disciplined follow-up cadence.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Samco value brand.
  • Collaborate with Outside Regional Sales Directors, Inside Sales peers, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure account alignment and seamless execution.
  • Learn how to manage pricing, quoting, and order processes
  • Use CRM tools to track activity and manage pipeline
  • Provide regular forecasting updates and insights on Samco performance trends.
  • Develop consultative selling skills in a B2B environment

You will not be answering phones - you'll learn how to identify opportunities and develop relationships that drive revenue.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who are:

  • Have 1–3 years experience of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial environments.
  • Motivated, results driven, and eager to learn
  • Have experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Excellent communicators with strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work out of our Alpharetta office
