Position Overview
As an Ace Paving Sales Representative, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives in the commercial asphalt paving sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who will not only drive new business but also nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the asphalt paving industry, exceptional sales expertise, and a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
You will collaborate closely with both the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to project completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and proactively addressing issues.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals to secure new business and foster strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving objectives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and extend our client base.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates and insights on sales progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Proven track record in sales, with asphalt paving or other construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to adapt to client needs and overcome challenges.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay Range: Base salary between $75,000 and $95,000 based on years of experience. Commission pay is paid monthly and is based on sales revenue. Commission pay can easily double to triple base pay with no cap.
