We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support high-performing Commercial Sales Account Executives and play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, sales execution, and operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Support Commercial Sales Account Executives (Banking & Print Supplies) with quoting, pricing, and order management.
- Process and track orders through our Order Management System (V2).
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in Hub Spot.
- Serve as a key customer contact for order status, product questions, and issue resolution.
- Assist with resolving customer disputes and ensuring a high level of customer delight.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service)
- Support follow-ups, dormant account reactivation, and sales reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- BA/BS a plus, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service
- Strong CRM experience (Hub Spot a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- 3-5 Years experience in the commercial check printing industry preferred. Company is willing to train candidate on product and services.
