What You'll Do
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth by leading the full sales process - from first contact to move-in.

  • Create meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.

  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and other community influencers.

  • Plan and execute engaging events, presentations, and marketing initiatives to boost awareness.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize your sales performance using proven systems and metrics.

  • Partner with leadership to develop innovative strategies for retention, referrals, and community visibility.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of outside sales success (hospitality, healthcare, or senior living a plus).

  • A proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and exceeding goals.

  • Strong local networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Creative thinker with the drive to make things happen and the discipline to track results.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
