Reporting to the Commercial VP – Fluid Management & Flexibles, this sales leadership position will have commercial responsibility and accountability for key accounts within the Bio Pharma Processing (BPP) segment on the East Coast. The focus will be on year-over-year profitable revenue growth, supporting customer needs, and uncovering new opportunities. The role involves identifying new customers, promoting BPP solutions, and establishing long-term relationships.
A minimum of five years of experience in Bio Pharma applications and industry connections are preferred.
- Drive profitable revenue growth for assigned BPP accounts.
- Develop expertise in BPP products and applications.
- Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Utilize effectively for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Support the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with manufacturing sites.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
- Provide accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage a pipeline of business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate on cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and industry trends.
- Share market intelligence internally to promote revenue growth.
- Uphold company values and vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science.
- At least five years of experience in Bio Pharma Processing industry, in sales or account management.
- Strong technical knowledge or process expertise in Bio Pharma Processing is a plus.
- Established industry connections preferred.
- Creative problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, action-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, , and other relevant software.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability.
- Leadership qualities to drive change and growth.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Reside on the East Coast, preferably in MN, NC, MA, or PA.
