Developing mid to high residential builder and interior designers for Traditions in Tile products. We would like for you to begin with our existing customers, and then grow these accounts using your sales abilities and product knowledge.

Promote Traditions in Tile showrooms, and products wherever you are.

Follow out company policies and terms of conditions of sale.

You would contact customers and invite them into the showroom to see our products and work out builder ceramic and stone programs. Then once the builder designer is happy with the showroom.

You are asked to attend showroom, sales and management meetings.

To meet Weekly to discuss the prospects, current customers and projects you are working on within the Branch.

To submit weekly sales activity plans as requested by Andrew Brown.

Assist with the appearance of the Showroom through keeping samples put away and your work area kept neat and organized.

Assist with labeling incoming samples and merchandising these samples.

You are required to complete certain paperwork, such as selections, drawings.

Attend showrooms meeting after working hours.

Continue your product education throughout your career with Traditions in Tile.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be added or changed.

Energetic, positive, dresses business like, alert.

Has experience with ceramic tile and natural stone products.

Understands selling to the professional as well as the public.

1 or more years selling on the floor of a design showroom.

Fluent in English.

Bilingual with Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.

Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet.

Demonstrates a good eye for color and recall different colors in tiles or stones.

Can work with high end as well as mid to low products.

Works well with others in a team environment.

Good in math, computing discounts, mark-ups, margins.

Likes working in a multi-task environment.

Knowledge of LTL freight.

Knowledge of ceramic tile and trim.

Knowledge of natural stone, granite, marble, limestone.

Reads Design magazines uses the Internet for research.
