Role & Responsibilities
  • You will be a crucial player in Oval Edge’s sales team to drive net new business sales within North America and Europe.
  • You will drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams of pre‑sales, customer success, and sales support.
  • You will implement value‑selling processes leveraging a wealth of Oval Edge Data Governance Platform knowledge.
  • You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • You will leverage effective sales strategies to position Oval Edge as the partner of choice, offering a unified alternative to traditional point solutions or fragmented, cobbled‑together approaches to data governance.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of closing B2B software/SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to manage the complex sales cycles: discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Direct experience selling data catalog, data governance, data management, or related enterprise software solutions, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders alike.
  • Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills; able to position solutions against competitors.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and accurate pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
