Role & Responsibilities- You will be a crucial player in Oval Edge’s sales team to drive net new business sales within North America and Europe.
- You will drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams of pre‑sales, customer success, and sales support.
- You will implement value‑selling processes leveraging a wealth of Oval Edge Data Governance Platform knowledge.
- You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
- You will leverage effective sales strategies to position Oval Edge as the partner of choice, offering a unified alternative to traditional point solutions or fragmented, cobbled‑together approaches to data governance.
- 3–5+ years of closing B2B software/SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment.
- Proven ability to manage the complex sales cycles: discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Direct experience selling data catalog, data governance, data management, or related enterprise software solutions, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders alike.
- Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills; able to position solutions against competitors.
- Proficient with CRM tools and accurate pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of $200K+ and competitive base salary
