We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail customers and drive year-over-year growth. This role manages daily account operations, supports promotional execution, analyzes performance, and partners cross-functionally to deliver strong results. Candidates must be fluent in retail terminology and operations, including promotions, sell-in/sell-through, POS systems, and merchandising.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day activities for assigned retail accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and promotional activity; share insights with leadership
  • Analyze sales trends and assortment performance to support recommendations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Quality, Customer Service, and overseas teams
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly across U.S. and Asia-based teams
  • Prepare presentations for business reviews and line reviews
  • Participate in customer meetings and internal planning calls
  • Support promotional programs and packaging updates
  • Monitor quality metrics and RTV performance
  • Assist with corporate initiatives and special projects
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years in account management, sales support, merchandising, or similar roles
  • Experience with Big Box, Mass, Cooperative, or Specialty retail accounts
  • Familiarity with corporate retail contacts (Merchants, Product Development, Inventory/Planning)
  • E-commerce or omnichannel experience preferred
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills
  • Some travel (2-3 times a year) across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication required
