• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
