Base pay: $16.00/hr – $20.00/hr pay will be based on skills and experience.

In cooperation with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising and operating the assigned Auntie Anne’s store, focusing on maintaining the threefold philosophy and maximizing profitability.

• Make dough and pretzels from scratch.
• Manage and schedule shifts.
• Recruit, train, and develop new hires.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Work toward performance goals.
• Maintain safety and security at all times.
• Maintain stock and inventory.

• Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast‑paced environment.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
