Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist our members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. You are on the go and on your feet, rain or shine.

What you’ll do

Ensures club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternative product options; ensures items are selected and packaged according to company policies; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; and promotes the company’s products and services.

Maintains safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps; follows procedures for handling merchandise; and reports unsafe situations to facility management.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions and payments according to policies; uses cash registers; locates and organizes merchandise; zones designated areas; resolves member issues; promotes products and services; maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists with transporting items; and maintains parking lot cleanliness.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and learns from feedback.
