Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Overview

Sam’s Club is seeking Merchandising & Stocking Associates to support members in finding merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store environment. The role involves unloading trucks, stocking shelves, assisting members, and ensuring product presentation meets company standards.

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Promptly unload trucks and assist in staging orders
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable sales floor
• Stock shelves, arrange displays, and label merchandise accurately
• Engage with members to provide product guidance and assistance
• Follow safety procedures, including forklift spotting and hazardous material handling
• Monitor product quality, rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards

• Physical ability to lift/heave up to 25+ pounds
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail or warehouse setting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Premiums may be paid on a range of $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
