AVSE is a brand-new, 20,500 sq ft specialty and emergency hospital offering ER, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Neurology. Led by an experienced Medical Director and supported by Ethos Veterinary Health, we’re committed to providing advanced medical care, compassionate communication, and a collaborative, wellness-focused workplace.

Located in the heart of Alpharetta, you’ll be steps from the Avalon’s shops and dining, plus beautiful nearby nature trails—perfect for unwinding after your shifts.

We offer a compensation package designed to reward the expertise and commitment you bring to our team.

• Minimum base salary of $175,000 for 13 shifts per month (commensurate with experience)
• Rotating schedule designed to support work–life balance
• Optional 10-shift/month schedule available
• $2,500 CE stipend

Where You’ll Come In

Working just three shifts per week, you’ll play a vital role in our expanding emergency service. Your expertise, curiosity, and compassion will elevate patient care and strengthen the support we provide to families and teammates alike. Whether leading complex procedures, guiding treatment plans, or mentoring newer clinicians, your impact will be felt throughout our hospital community.
