Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in outpatient, ambulatory care, or relevant specialty nursing
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, triage, and organizational skills for clinic nursing and patient care coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
- Proficient documentation skills and comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate patient charting
- Must not reside within 50 miles of Alpharetta, GA
- Manage the Pre-Admission Clinic (PAC) for surgical and pre-op patients—perform assessments and pre-op education
- Answer and triage patient phone calls, providing clinical guidance and appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, and appointments while ensuring thorough and accurate EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes in the outpatient setting
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with clinic policies
