Oversee daily nursing operations under the direction of the DON and the Leadership Team.

• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, facility policies, and professional guidelines.
• Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures; ensure policies align with clinical practice and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Safety Program, Emergency Preparedness, and documentation compliance.
• Ensure safe medication management, including storage, ordering, and administration practices.
• Provide guidance to staff, patients, physicians, and visitors, including during crises or emergency situations.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and support risk mitigation.
• Assist with Risk Management activities, including root cause analysis of adverse events.
• Promote a culture of safety and investigate patient, visitor, or staff concerns, escalating when appropriate.
• Assist the DON with staff meetings and communication of facility updates.
• Perform duties as needed to maintain patient safety and efficient facility operations.

• Current, active, unencumbered RN license in Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related or business field.

• Management experience in a medical setting; ASC experience preferred.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Accurate and organized recordkeeping skills.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practice, regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality improvement.
• Effective communication, leadership skills, and a professional, accountable approach.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships across the organization.
