We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality patient care, support nursing staff, and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinical activities. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient well‑being.

• Assist registered nurses and physicians in providing direct patient care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient observations, and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Administer basic treatments and procedures under supervision.
• Mentor and guide junior nurse assistants and new staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient areas and equipment.
• Respond promptly to patient calls and needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Leadership experience or supervisory skills preferred.

• Shift‑based work including weekends and holidays.
• Physical demands include lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
