We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Position Overview

The RN will work in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care facility setting and may require standing for long periods, lifting patients, and working with medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work day, evening, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare teams to provide coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety standards.
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systems.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants or junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state/region.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
