Mativ Renfrew is looking for Mixtruder Operators to join our production team!

If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends), and want an average of 14 days off every month, we want to hear from you!

• Preparing and feeding adhesive to machinery
• Assisting operators as needed
• Troubleshooting
• Compounding and mixing material

• Grade 12 education
• 1+ years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

• Salary Range:$23.34 to $24.06/hr.
• RRSP:6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
