Role Overview
EPS is seeking an experienced Cold Header Operator to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This role requires hands‑on cold heading experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform precise setups and adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust machine components to regulate speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, and material flow.
- Perform tooling changes and machine setups based on blueprints and specifications.
- Inspect and verify product conformance using calipers, micrometers, and length gauges.
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues during production.
- Follow all company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure all parts meet EPS quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cold heading experience (required).
- Experience with multi‑head cold header machines (required).
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Experience with one or more

Shift
- 1st: 7am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, 50 hours per week
- 2nd:
We are launching a 2nd shift in 2026, the times are TBD, 50 hours per week
Pay
- Pay is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and reflects each candidate’s experience, skill level, and mechanical/machine aptitude. We offer a competitive wage aligned with today’s market.
