What You’ll Do

As a Vendor Coordinator – Apparel, you’ll manage the seamless flow of apparel production by serving as the primary link between internal teams and external vendors. You will process and track orders, coordinate sample development, and ensure timely communication to keep production on schedule and maintain quality standards.

Your Impact

Your work ensures that apparel products meet deadlines, quality expectations, and compliance standards, directly supporting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. By maintaining accurate documentation and resolving issues proactively, you’ll help prevent delays and strengthen vendor relationships. Your ability to collaborate across teams will contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and apparel vendors to communicate specifications and timelines.
  • Process and manage daily apparel orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Track production milestones and shipping timelines to maintain workflow.
  • Coordinate sample development and approvals for lab dips, fit samples, and pre‑production samples.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide updates to leadership on risks and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor communication, pricing, and production status.
Position Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in vendor coordination, order processing, or apparel production.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills for fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal team coordination.
  • High attention to detail for reviewing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
  • Ability to resolve order discrepancies and production delays proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with PO systems.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and seasonal production cycles.
