Revenue Accounting Manager – High-Growth Environment

A fast-growing professional services organization is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to lead core revenue functions and support a rapidly scaling, PE-backed environment. This is a newly created role due to expansion and offers high visibility, ownership, and significant growth opportunity.

• Lead revenue accounting, AR, billing, collections & cash apps
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/ASC 606
• Oversee revenue recognition, deferrals, accruals, and month-end close
• Review contracts and align billing/revenue accordingly
• Drive KPIs such as DSO and support process improvements
• Manage a team of 2–4 revenue-focused professionals

• BS in Accounting required
• 5–10 years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong revenue accounting & ASC 606 expertise
• People leadership experience
• Background in professional services (fixed fee, T&M, percentage-of-completion)

• CPA (or actively pursuing)
• Net Suite, PE-backed, or M&A/integration experience

• Newly created due to growth

Hybrid (1–2 days/week)

$120–$140k DOE

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
