Position: Vice President, Workforce Management Solutions (National Accounts)

Overview

ADP is hiring a VP, Workforce Management Solutions, within the National Accounts Services organization.

In this Vice President, WFM Solutions position, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the end-to-end client experience for National Accounts time and labor products. They will manage the business cycles and resources to ensure positive associate and client experiences.

As a Leader of Leaders, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective leadership and management of a team comprised of ~ 4 Sr. Leaders in different ADP locations responsible for our Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers. You will also manage ~266 indirects in various locations both domestic and international.

Business Management
:
Drives accountability against a defined set of performance standards that contributes to the Financial Success of NAS based on the FY Operating Plan targets. Performance standards include but are not limited to:

  • Start Revenue
  • Setup Revenue
  • Implementation NOI
  • Client Satisfaction Scores
  • Associate Utilization Management
  • Client Retention

Operational Excellence: Provides leadership to achieve operational excellence initiatives for the time sphere of products including:

  • Quality and compliance standards
  • Operational efficiency
  • Productivity methods, metrics, and enhancements

Client Relationship: Responsible for a Start plan of implementations and migrations that aligns/directs client portfolio teams on implementation execution deliverables leveraging the NAS standard client centric approach. Partners and collaborates with Sales, GPT, Client Success and Client Services to deliver positive client experience across ADP from LOI through Transition to Service. Serves as the most senior level contact for clients being implemented in their business portfolio.

Associate Management: Provides overall direction and leadership to a global virtual & matrixed Implementation organization. Responsible for providing leadership, engagement, retention, talent development, strategic focus on priorities, and overall alignment with NAS Implementation Standards to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions and implementation experience to new ADP clients.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Requirements
  • This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office minimum with 2 days at home). Candidates will sit in one of our listed locations and should have a proven record of managing teams in a virtual and in-office setting. Locations to include
    Alpharetta, GA, Maitland, FL or Jacksonville, FL
  • 15+ years of multi-functional experience required including enterprise software implementation
  • Senior level leadership experience with a proven ability to lead a large global organization in a virtual environment
  • Be recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, communication, business acumen, and planning capabilities
  • Proven partnership with other senior-level functional leaders to achieve results
  • Ability to communicate strategy and create a shared vision
  • Process Improvement & cross functional team leadership/ collaboration
  • Adept communication skills, with ability to adjust messaging depending upon teams, strategic needs to build consensus and cross functional alignment
  • Ability to motivate, influence and lead others through a variety of deliverables and inspire to maximize associate performance
