As an on‑site Property Manager in downtown Alpharetta, GA, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a mixed‑use property; from operational oversight and financial management, to managing important relationships with our tenants and vendors. Your role is important, as you will also oversee property inspections, make sound recommendations, and have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas.

• Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

• You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
• You hold a CPM or RPA designation.

• You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• You are operationally strong, and have the keen ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
