Job Description

A growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from award through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain schedules and budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams
• Review contracts, change orders, and pay applications
• Lead meetings and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects
