As the Task Force General Manager, you will be deployed to various hotels to lead all aspects of hotel operations, driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. You’ll oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals as well as provide support in Hotel Transitions. You will also support corporate operations with projects.

• You will be the driving force behind our hotels' successes, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
• You will report to the Vice President of Operations.
• A Task Force General Manager role can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as a larger Hotel General Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, or even corporate-level positions.

• Bachelor's degree OR 5 Years Hotel Leadership Experience, and/or a combination of education and experience, Required.
• Hotel General Manager Experience, Required.
• Transition Experience, Highly Preferred.
• Marriott/Hilton Experience, Required. IHG/Hyatt Experience, Highly Preferred.
• Ability to lead Revenue and Sales Disciplines.
• Flexible Scheduling Availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• The schedule for the Task Force General Manager is 10 Days On, 4 Days Off.
• This role requires 100% Travel.
• Atlanta, GA based Candidates, Highly preferred.
