Starting Hourly Pay $17–$19

Locations This position covers the Buford, Suwanee, Lilburn areas.

Responsibilities include providing pest control services and helping communities. You’ll be the face of Northwest in your local area, helping protect homes and families. You will work to follow directions, handle stress, multitask, and stay organized and friendly to succeed.

• Your responsibilities
  :
  • Building relationships with internal and external customers to create loyal, satisfied customers.
  • Managing your own termite service route with strong time management.
  • Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
  • Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver excellence.
  • Apply products according to label standards.
  • Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company-paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within weight capacity and climb up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
