Starting Hourly Pay: $17–$21

• Outdoor and Independent Work: You won’t be stuck behind a desk. As a Termite Service Professional you’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route, protecting homes, businesses, and families.
• Training and Development: No exterminating experience required. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. After training you’ll lead your own customer accounts and apply your skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring they are satisfied and loyal to deliver “Customers for Life.”
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day‑to‑day operations with excellent time‑management.
  • Perform both preconstruction and post‑construction termite treatments.
  • Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
  • Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Starting Hourly Pay: $17–$21

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
