This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paralegal specializing in Corporate, Estate, and Probate Law Practice, located in Alpharetta, GA. Key responsibilities include assisting in legal document preparation, reviewing legal documents, conducting legal and factual research, and organizing case files. You will also maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.

• Knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Document Review and detail-oriented organization
• Strong Research and analytical skills to support case preparation
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic legal environment
• Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
• Prior experience in corporate, estate, or probate law would be advantageous
