, with existing firm business and partnerships already in place
—meaning you’ll be managing firm work and operations at a high level rather than being responsible for bringing in business.

Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations and help build the Alpharetta office team.
- Oversee real estate closings, review title work, and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
- Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout residential real estate transactions.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing firm clients, partners, and referral sources.
- Uphold McMichael & Gray’s reputation for excellence, professionalism, and exceptional client service.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Real Estate Law (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, problem‑solve, and stay composed during high‑volume closing periods.
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Alpharetta/North Atlanta area.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month‑end).
