The firm is looking for a Sales Representative to continue its growth and expand its client base.
Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Representative. The Representative will screen incoming leads, manage the intake process within the firm’s CRM, send out legal agreements, assist the intake and sales team, communicate with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email and calendaring platforms, Adobe, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus
- Contact leads and schedule them
- Serve as the first line of communication, representing the company’s mission
- Input all intake screening information into the CRM and initiate appropriate processes
- Manage and update tasks in the CRM
- Perform conflict checks
- Prepare new client intake folders and gifts for consultations
- Send out legal agreements to prospective clients ready to hire
- Schedule initial strategy sessions and open electronic files
