You Are:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dev Ops Engineer - Fresher who is eager to learn and grow in cloud, automation, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to support application deployments, automation, and infrastructure management under the guidance of senior Dev Ops engineers.
The opportunity:- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
- Support cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Work with version control systems like Git and Git Hub
- Assist in containerization of applications using Docker
- Learn and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using basic logging and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot build and deployment issues
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:- Technical Skills (Required)
- Basic understanding of Dev Ops concepts and lifecycle
- Knowledge of Linux fundamentals (commands, processes, file systems)
- Familiarity with Git / Git Hub
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops – any one)
- Understanding of Cloud fundamentals (AWS / Azure – services like VM, Storage, Networking)
- Basic scripting knowledge (any one):
- Shell
- Python
- Good to Have (Preferred)
- Hands on exposure to Docker and basic container concepts
- Awareness of Kubernetes (theoretical knowledge is acceptable for freshers)
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Cloud Watch
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
- Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant Dev Ops / Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.)
- Soft Skills

Compensation Range: $52,000-$78,000
BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
